How do I apply for a Himcare card online ?

So here are the steps to follow :-
Just visit to Himachal Pradesh Swasthya Bima Yojana Society official website .. Click here
Now Showing These from last few days.. So if you reading before this date than hurry before its too late.
The important information related to fresh himcare card.
There are many option related to Himcare card on that page but if you want to apply for fresh Himcare card then click on top right button name is Online Himcare Enrollment.
After click on that new window will be like this.. Enter your Ration card number also read the helpful information below that live page.
Next is :-
Next will be :-
Add Beneficiary Information here.. means your address and mobile number.
Here you need to fill the fields and then upload the ration card document there…… front side and back side as mentioned in the fields. Remember… file size should be less than 200 kb.
After this check all the checklist under Declaration :-
Next page will be like this…
Add family members one by one… and also upload their Aadhaar card too as mentioned below…
Hit on Save button and add another one there… in one Himcare card you only can add 5 members... if your family has more then five members than you can apply for second card too.
After fill all members.. click on next button…
Confirm family members.. just for confirmation again to check if the details are correct or not…
Click on Confirm is all is okay..
Complete you payment using your card details or through net banking…
The payment is done… you will get message on your registered mobile number about Himcare status.
How to download Himcare card online ?
Okay Click on Logo if you are still on the website.. or Click here.
You can also check the status of the Himcare card to confirm that card is active or not ?
Here are the things you can check with…
Click on HimCare Enrollment Status to check status of card.
In next window…. Enter your ration card number there… and Click on Search button… result will be like below…
You can now download by click on top left side button on you current screen..
There are many option to download the card or directly you can print the card if you have the printer.
So like the steps i showed you … you can simply apply for himcare card online and also can download too..
